In addition, Coach Carter will be bringing her experience in mental strength training for our athletes. Coach Carter is the owner of LeadHership Athletics, where she teaches female athletes how to become confident leaders through sport.
Her mission in life is to arm athletes, students, teams, coaches, and teachers with the identity, confidence, and mental skills they need to succeed at anything in life, not just the game or society's perception of success.
To provide high-level coaching and foster the best possible learning environment teaching our family of athletes the fundamentals of the game of fastpitch, and cultivating the desire in each player to compete at the highest level.
We want our athletes to develop the work ethic and discipline it takes to play a team sport competitively, along with teaching the importance of sportsmanship while striving to develop complete athletes on the field and even better people off the field.
